It is also an innovative flat glass decoration system complete with optical centering, high-resolution inkjet printing and ink fixation.
The Decora® G solution, featuring a unique hybrid UV LED printing process with inorganic inks, combines the excellent print quality typical of plotters with the productivity and reliability of single-pass technology.
Decora® G uses the latest industrial printing technologies and already boasts 4 patents, demonstrating TecnoFerrari's ability to innovate in this area.
Among the main features of this new version of the now well-established Decora®, applied to different areas such as production lines for flat, tempered or laminated glass, we can find: the use of inorganic and unalterable hybrid inks, the possibility of colored and RAL inks, wear compensation from, cutting and grinding, printing at the edge, and automatic management of the APBL (inside-outside glass) cycle.

PRINTHEAD REGENERATION
TecnoFerrari and Personas&Tecnologia have signed an agreement whereby the CLEANJECTOR cleaning machines and INKTESTER test machines will be able to work with the KYOCERA printheads used in TecnoFerrari printers.
